Born to an Entrepreneur and a dental technician, Jocelyn Panton was raised for most of her life on the edge of a lake in Abbotsford, British Columbia. Growing up alongside four brothers was always interesting and she was extremely active as a child. She started dancing at the age of four and picked up gymnastics at 7, at eight she was playing piano and at nine she learned how to ride a dirt bike, all the while taking sewing lessons.
Jocelyn was intrigued by the Performing Arts at a very young age. She did some theater in high school but it wasn't until she graduated from the Broadcast Performing Arts program at Columbia Academy that she decided she must continue pursuing her true passions of acting and performing.
Jocelyn was a finalist in the Miss Universe Canada Pageant, hosted a Magazine show and has traveled extensively. She has appeared in the blockbuster film for Fox, Percy Jackson (directed by Chris Columbus), the TV show for Nickelodeon, The Troop, most recently Life on the Line starring John Travolta and Kate Bosworth, Cedar Cove with Andie MacDowell, as well as numerous independent features, commercials and music videos.
An accomplished singer and dancer, she loves to perform and spends as much time with friends & family as she can while she performs, writes, studies and squeezes in some travel as well.
