Julia Lanski - Russian-born actress, model, writer. She has appeared on countless magazine covers around the world, featured in print and commercial advertisements, and recently voted 'Most Beautiful Woman in the World 2013' by Mode Lifestyle Magazine.
Born in a small Russian town called Velikie Luki, Julia, at the age of 17, and against her parent's wishes, moved to Moscow to embark on a new life and career. With little to no money, Julia's determination for a better life led to her studies in journalism. Her years of hard work paid off as she landed a job in a well-known public relations firm. Julia's ambitious nature and work ethic pushed her to the top of the public relations arena. In addition, modeling opportunities began to present a new venture for Julia.
A couple of years later, her childhood dream of becoming an actress was finally realized when she relocated to Miami, Florida. Her first step was being accepted into an elite acting school. Since then, she has been featured on TV shows such as 'Burn Notice' and 'Magic City'. Julia has also acted in a television pilot for HBO as a Mormon's wife, and recently was the leading actress in the independent film, 'Mercantile.'
Today, Julia's focus is on writing her memoir; a true life story entitled "Survivor". Julia is also completing a movie script dedicated to her childhood idol and hero.... Sylvester Stallone. Her admiration for him began when she saw him in his first "Rocky" film when she was only five... and later intensified when she read the story behind his creation of Rocky. He has been the inspiration for Julia to continue her quest as a writer and expand her vision as an actress.
Her ultimate goal is to help others believe in themselves.
