Justin Smith - Biography

Justin Smith is an actor, known for A Good Day to Die Hard (2013), Walk of Shame (2014) and Man Down (2015). He was born and raised in Florida, spending much of his childhood around his dad's firehouse. Justin grew up playing sports while dabbling in regional theatre when time permitted. While in college a friend convinced him to audition for a movie filming nearby for fun. That audition led to Justin's first credited acting role, co-starring alongside Al Lewis (Grandpa Munster), in the indie feature film Night Terror (2002).

With this newly found love for acting, Justin spent much of the next couple years studying in the theatre and working odd jobs to make ends meet. Not long after, he would travel all the way to Cape Town, South Africa to begin work on The Silent Fall (2007). Justin spent four months filming throughout Cape Town, where he would also gain some much appreciated life experience. After returning from South Africa, Justin found himself in New York where he was cast in his first major television role on the CBS soap opera, As The World Turns (1956). This led to other roles on television in Army Wives (2007), Burn Notice (2007) and most recently The Vampire Diaries (2009). Justin spent a number of years working on the east coast before moving to Los Angeles, California, where he now resides.
