Kalon Jackson, model/actor born September 10th 1981, is originally from Columbia South Carolina. Jackson's first jobs came in the early 2000s after a brief enlistment in the military, stationed in Hawaii, he then set his sights on New York City,where his fresh face and incredibly sculpted physique landed him a much, sought after job walking the runway during New York Fashion Week. A pivotal start for an aspiring model that was being sought after for him runway and print experience. Fast forward to 2005, Jackson's aspirations and natural charisma lead him into studying acting. He honed his skills and eventually secured several National and Local commercials, infomercials which ultimately caught the eye of Hollywood Director Spike Lee, who chose Jackson to be in his ensemble cast with other up and coming actors for his critically acclaimed movie Miracle At St. Anna. Jackson's professional integrity working with Lee on that film, which was shot in Italy, led to a pivotal role in another Spike Lee directed film RedHook Summer where Jackson played the Father and continued on to land more promising roles.
