Actress and model Kelsey Bohlen was born on November 28, 1989 in San Antonio, Texas. She grew up on a cattle and horse ranch in Hondo, Texas with her parents, Alan and Linda, and her two sisters, Juliana and Brooke.
In her childhood and teen years, Kelsey participated in the sport of rodeo, focusing specifically on barrel racing and pole bending. Kelsey also had a flair for pageantry from a young age, and she participated in rodeo queen contests in high school. This was the avenue from which Kelsey's first modeling break came, in the way of a national ad campaign for Ariat Boots and Western Wear in 2007.
After graduating from Hondo High School in 2008, Kelsey went on to continue her education at the University of Texas in Austin, from which she graduated with a degree in Broadcast Journalism in 2012.
Kelsey dabbled in modeling and acting as well as professional barrel racing throughout college, and moved to Los Angeles in 2013 to further pursue her modeling and acting career. In 2013, Kelsey landed her first major movie role in Angel Investors, which will be released in 2014.
