Kelsey Wang is an actress fluent in English and Mandarin. She has just finished playing Liuli in the U.S. Premiere of Chimerica (2014 Olivier and Evening Standard Award for Best Play), which is now Helen Hayes recommended. She will be next seen as the lead of Pan Asian Repertory Theatre's world premiere of A Dream of Red Pavilions. She will also appear as Yi-Tian in Journey to the East, a pilot produced by Nickelodeon comedy veterans, Nat Bernstein and Mitchel Katlin, directed by Roger Christiansen of Hannah Montana and Austin & Ally.
Her Off-Broadway credits include I Know What Boys Want (Ego Actus) and OMG! Chopsticks (NY Venus/Adonis Festival). She was born in Beijing and grew up in Singapore and the US. She studied at the Yale Stanislavsky Conservatory for Actors and at Duke University, where she was the Emma A. Sheafer Drama Scholar.
