Kosha Engler is an award-winning American actress, voice artist and writer born in Baltimore, Maryland now based in London. She has been the voice of Maybelline UK since 2012 and will appear in a Nazi-era thriller film and Hoff the Record Series 2, both out in 2016.
After graduating cum laude from Notre Dame Preparatory School in Towson, she earned a BA in Theatre from the University of Maryland College Park in 1999 on a full performing arts scholarship. While in Washington, DC she won the Irene Ryan Acting award from the Kennedy Center A.C.T. Festival, an Outstanding Actress Award from Source Theatre Festival, and worked at the area's best theaters acting in everything from Shakespeare at The Folger to cutting edge new work at Woolly Mammoth Theatre and The Studio Theatre.
Film and TV highlights include Emmy nominated Moonshot (2009) opposite Andrew Lincoln, Je ne devrais pas être en vie (2005), John Waters' A Dirty Shame (2004), Sur écoute (2002) and her film debut, Disney's Tuck Everlasting (2002).
On the UK stage, Kosha received a Best Actress nomination from the M.E.N. Theatre Awards for her performance as Carol in David Mamet's Oleanna directed by Iqbal Khan, and played Marie in a No 1 Tour of When Harry Met Sally.
Highly experienced in video games and motion capture, Kosha regularly gets to play bad-asses like Claire in Crysis 3 (2013), player Female Rogue in Divinity: Original Sin (2014) (GameSpot Game of the Year 2014), Darth Nurin in Star Wars: The Old Republic (2011) and many more.
