Lara Clear - Biography

Lara Clear is an actress , dancer , musical theatre performer and commercial model . She has worked in both England and the USA. She can work in both continents due to attaining her Green Card for merits in acting after spending a few years working in NYC in theatre and commercials on an 0-1 visa. In addition to working in theatre she has appeared in many Independant feature films in both continents .

Growing up between London and Surrey , born to parents from both south and north London she went to primary school at Keston , in Old Coulsdon followed by secondary school at Coulsdon High School in Surrey . After passing her GCSEs she attended Reigate Sixth form college where she studied Theatre, Media , French and PE . She was a keen performer in school and college plays her whole school life . After completing her A Levels she went on to train at The Urdang Academy in London for Musical Theatre and then completed a post grad short acting course at RADA. After moving to NYC she became training at Larry Singer studios , Kelly Kimball and with her well respected acting coach . She has also taken improv classes at UCB and The Groundlings LA.

She has appeared in many national print and TV commercial campaigns since she was an infant .

Aside from work she is a lover of horses and dogs and volunteers at many animal shelters . She has one brother and a very large family of close cousins . A big lover of sports , she plays Soccer , tennis , golf and regularly hikes , bikes and does yoga .
