Laura Oceane is an American actress and writer living in Los Angeles, CA. She was born and raised in Columbia, North Carolina, and moved to Los Angeles after graduating from East Carolina University. She is also a nationally-certified personal trainer [NASM-CPT].

She also wrote and will star in the short film, Loving Logan (2016), and is in development as the writer, casting director and director for three other projects.
Laura is a contributing writer for Elite Daily, focusing on motivation and advice. She is a also a motivational and hope/outreach speaker for women with mental illness.
