Lauren started out as a ballet dancer from age 2-18. At age 14 she started doing improv and she has been improvising ever since with companies all over the world. She performs, teaches, and does corporate team building through improv with companies like Disney, Nestlé, Yahoo, Google, Sony..and more. She has been the Host of national meetings for Old Navy, Taco Bueno, Disney and more.
You may have seen her mug on TV on MADtv (regular cast member) True Blood, How I Met your Mother, Vegas, Jessie, Imagination Movers, The Sarah Silverman Program, Girlfriends, World Cup Comedy, Strong Medicine, ReelzTV, and Acceptable TV.
You may recognize her as the Bank One girl or from a lot of other commercials. Lauren performed in the Made up Game Show with Wayne Brady and Jonathan Mangum. She was a regular writer on Uplate with Adam Fisher: a live improvised late night talk show. She Hosts the New Years eve countdown on the Castle at Disneyland.
