Leila Djansi - Biography

Leila Djansi is founder of the Los Angeles based production house Turning Point Pictures. Her critically acclaimed screenplay for Movie Africa "Subcity" won the best screenplay award at FESPACO in 2007. She also won the WorldFest Platinum award for the film "Grass between my Lips" in 2009.

She attended the Savannah College of Art and Design and the Art Center College of Design.
