Liliya May is a Moskovite from Sydney, who has also spent a couple of childhood years living in Nicosia, Cyprus, with her parents and younger sister. Having a worldly imagination, she used her surroundings to the fullest where performances of any kind were never far away.
Moving to Sydney Australia in 1994, she attended a prestigious school where she gained a great education, that helped her secure an economics and law degree from The Univercity of Sydney. Although working for a respectable law firm, Liliya had her sights set on acting. Having studied ballet in Moscow as a young child and getting opportunities of dancing at the Bolshoi Theatre, performing was an undying passion that she constantly craved.
In 2008 Liliya enrolled at Screenwise Australia and within months was starring in short films, and later, an independent Australian feature film, followed by a lead role on a US pilot. It was plain to see that this industry had stolen her heart.
Determination, talent and beauty have proved to be a recipe for success. Today Liliya is truly an international actress, having representation and credits in Australia, America and Russia.
