Lucy Clarvis - Biography

Lucy Clarvis was born in Scunthorpe General hospital on the 15th of may 1988. She was raised in the small market town of Brigg, in north Lincolnshire with her sister Polly and brother Simon.

She attended Wendy Fosters Theatre School from the age of 4, studying Ballet, Jazz, Tap and also Musical Theatre. It was here that Lucy's love for the performing arts stemmed and later grew into the prospect of a career in the industry.

At the age of 16 Lucy moved to London and trained for 3 years at Bird college of Dance and Theatre Performance. There she trained in a wide genre of dance ranging from ballet to commercial. She also studied Musical Theatre and Acting. She graduated in 2007 with a national Diploma in Dance and Musical Theatre.

Since graduation Lucy's career has continued progressing from strength to strength, she has worked in Film, Stage, Music Videos and the Fashion Industry.

She is a featured model for Spanish designer Ricardo Ramos and has worked with him in London, in editorial shoots for his latest collections and for London fashion week. They have also worked together several times at Berlin Fashion Week sponsored by Mercedes Benz. Last year Lucy travelled to Colombia for 5 days for the (IFLS) International Footwear and Leather show in Bogota. There she modelled for Ricardo and was his spokes model in the after show press junket.

For the last 3 years Lucy has stepped away from dance and musical theatre and has been focussing solely on her career in acting. Her passion is to become a successful Film and TV actress and she is looking forward to the future ahead.
