Mac Brandt, born in 1980 graduated from Montini Catholic High School in Chicago in 1998 where he was President of the Student Government. During his high school years he also played as starting Nose Guard in football. Brandt began acting in 2005, landing a reprising role as Corrections Officer on the drama series Prison Break (2005). From that point forward, Brandt appeared on numerous television series including FBI - Portés disparus (2002), Grey's Anatomy (2005), Cold Case: Affaires classées (2003), Bones (2005), Les experts: Miami (2002), Les experts: Manhattan (2004) and NCIS: Los Angeles (2009). Film work include a role in the Norse mythological adventure Thor et le marteau des dieux (2009), starring alongside Zachery Ty Bryan and the 2013 cops and robbers-style film Gangster Squad (2013).
