Madison Pettis - Biography

From playing daddy's little girl as the daughter of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson in Disney's hit film "The Game Plan", to playing a boy-obsessed high school cheerleader in Teen Nick's series, "Life With Boys", Madison Pettis has grown up in front of America's eyes. Madison began making her mark in both television and film at the age of 6. She began her career in her home state of Texas, and after booking a string of commercials, made her first TV appearance on the PBS television series, "Barney & Friends". At age 7, Madison made the trip to Los Angeles for her first pilot season. Within a few weeks of arriving in L.A., Madison booked a guest-star role on the pilot episode of "Jericho", starring Skeet Ulrich and directed by Jon Turteltaub. That same pilot season, Madison auditioned for her very first feature film, Disney's "The Game Plan". She went through a lengthy callback process to land the role of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's long-lost daughter, Peyton. "The Game Plan" scored box office success by landing the #1 spot for two weeks in a row, earning $144 million worldwide. That same year, Madison became the youngest Disney Channel star, playing the role of "Sophie", the President's daughter, on "Cory in the House" for two seasons. In a crossover episode between the two shows, Madison also guest-starred on the hit show, "Hannah Montana". Since then, Madison has worked with some of the biggest names in the business, including Will Smith, on "Seven Pounds" & with Whoopi Goldberg in "Muppets Christmas: Letters to Santa". She has starred in several other projects for Disney, including "The Search for Santa Paws" & a recurring character on the Disney XD series, "Lab Rats", where she plays the role of "Janelle". Madison has expanded her talents to include animation voiceover work. She voices the lead role of "Izzy"--the only girl pirate--on Disney Junior's hit series, "Jake and the Never Land Pirates", as well as the voice of George Lopez's puppy daughter, "LaLa", in "Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2 & 3". She also plays the recurring voice role of "Adyson" on Disney Channel's hit show "Phineas & Ferb". Madison's latest project is "Life With Boys"--a new live-action series from the creator/executive producer of "Hannah Montana". Madison plays "Allie", a high school cheerleader who is into fashion, makeup, and boys. The series airs in the U.S. & internationally in 86 countries.
