Masa Yamaguchi - Biography

Masa Yamaguchi was born in Wimbledon, London. When he was 3 years old his family moved back to Tokyo, Japan. He grew up in Tokyo until he relocated to Melbourne, Austraila when he was 15 years old. He finished his schooling here. His father Ace Yamaguchi is an accomplished swordsman and martial artist and Masa studied sword and martial arts from an early age. Masa became seriously interested in acting after finishing school and was the first Japanese person to be accepted into NIDA Bachelor of Acting which he completed in 2001. Masa is best known for his work in The Condemned 2007,The Jammed 2008 The Wolverine 2013 and Strike Back 2015. Masa is fluent in both English and Japanese language.
