Mason Cook - Biography

At just 14 years old, Mason Cook has made quite an impact on film and television, most recently receiving a Daytime Emmy nomination for "Outstanding Performer in a Children's or Pre-School Children's Series" for his guest lead role in the Season 4 premiere episode of the Emmy-award winning children's series, R.L. Stine's The Haunting Hour (2010).

Mason is a series regular on the hit TNT television series Legends (2014), entering its second season, where he plays the role of Aiden Odum.

In April 2015, Mason appeared as the lead character, Bart Sheffield, in the Lifetime Television original production of Les enfants du péché: secrets de famille (2015), the movie adaptation of the third installment in the popular Flowers in the Attic book series. Also in 2015, Mason appeared in a pivotal guest-starring role on NBC's breakout hit drama, Night Shift (2014).

In 2014, in addition to filming his role on Legends, Mason joined the ABC sitcom, Les Goldberg (2013), in the recurring role of Tyler Stansfield, and made a memorable guest appearance on the FOX comedy hit New Girl (2011).

Mason landed the coveted lead role of Eddie Munster in the 2012 re-imagining of cult television classic Les monstres (1964), called Mockingbird Lane (2012). Created by visionary writer/producer Bryan Fuller (Hannibal (2013)), Mockingbird Lane (2012) aired as a critically acclaimed Halloween special. While promoting the special, Mason made a hilarious appearance as a guest on Ellen: The Ellen DeGeneres Show (2003).

Mason made his television-acting debut as Casey, a cardiac asthmatic patient on ABC's hit series Grey's Anatomy (2005) at the age of nine. Mason's numerous television appearances include recurring roles on The Middle (2009) (ABC) and Raising Hope (2010) (FOX). He has also appeared on "Desperate Housewives" (2004)_ (ABC), Esprits criminels (2005) (CBS), Hot in Cleveland (2010) (TV LAND), Monday Mornings (2013) (TNT) and Victorious (2010) (Nickelodeon.)

Cook has made a name for himself in feature films as well, having made his theatrical film debut in 2011 as Cecil Wilson in the highly popular family film, Spy Kids: All the Time in the World in 4D (2011) with Jessica Alba, Joel McHale and Rowan Blanchard (Le Monde de Riley (2014) ). With global box office receipts of more than $80 million, the film continues to entertain On Demand, Blu-ray and DVD.

In addition, Mason had large supporting roles in two of 2013's most talked about summer feature films. His standout performance as Will in the Walt Disney blockbuster Lone Ranger, naissance d'un héros (2013), starring Johnny Depp, helped the film earn more than $255 million worldwide.
