May Wang - Biography

Born in San Francisco, May Wang moved to Los Angeles and trained in martial arts, piano, acting and dance. May landed her first TV role as Xiao Fei in NYPD Blue. She also appeared in the new 90210 Beverly Hills - Nouvelle génération (2008) directed by Jason Priestley, the Sci-Fi Network's The Chronicle, Star Trek: Voyager, Unsolved Mysteries, Joy In The Mourning, Turquoise, Cougar Town (2009) with Courteney Cox, and Do Not Disturb (2008) directed by Jason Bateman.

On stage, May appeared in the role of "Chin-Suzuki" in the Tony-Award-Winning play M. Butterfly by David Henry Hwang. She also directed and produced the film 10,000 Apologies written by C.Y. Lee.

May has graced the small screen in several commercials as well, including the T-Mobile national campaign with Catherine Zeta-Jones (as the Ni-Ni-Ni girl) and the Barack Obama "Yes We Can" PSA. Her latest roles are in the Syfy action thriller The Gunrunner Billy Kane and the ABC comedy Fresh Off the Boat (2015)
