After graduating High school from Pleasanton ISD he enrolled at St. Philps College pursing a career in the automotive industry. Traveling the world was something he always wanted to do. Mr. Toliver decide to join the United States Army in 2007. His Military Occupational skill was 63B also knows as 91B.
His first duty station was in South Korea, at Camp Casey. He had the opportunity to be apart of the Solider Show and wanted to purse a acting career entertaining people. 3 years later he was station in Oahu, Hawai'i at Schofield Barracks. He was cast in his first film El Lago (2011). Later, His Unit deployed to Afghanistan for one year.
While deployed he earned his degree from "University Of Maryland University College taking classes online and face-to-face while performing his duties deployed in Afghanistan. In that year he received a e-mail to be apart of the TV show "Hawai'i Five-0". After he returned from deployment he was determined to purse his acting career.
He was cast in four different episodes on "Hawaii Five-0" season 3 and 4 as a Hawai'i Swat team member. Close to the end of the year he was cast in the movie "Godzilla 2013" as a Special Forces Solider. He transitioned to Colorado Springs, being stationed at Ft. Carson where he continued his career.
He was cast in the film "Molten 2014" and "Just Therapy 2014".The latest film he was cast in was "Independence Day: Resurgence 2016" as a Moon Base Tech.
