Monica was born and raised in California. She discovered the theatre at Riverside Community College where she performed on stage for the first time. She soon discovered the Stella Adler Technique, and started working in television. Her first film role was in "Fracture" playing the assistant to Sir Anthony Hopkins, which he later cast her in his directorial debut, "Slipstream". Monica has appeared in over 30 Network TV shows including recurring roles on the ABC Hit "Grey's Anatomy" and "Southland. Monica also won the praise of director Chris Columbus on his pilot "Applebaum." Her most recent credit is, "The Big Bang Theory". Monica shares her love of the Stella Adler Technique at her theatre, Acting Artists Studio. Monica wrote, and directed her first film, They Make It So Easy. This film is getting attention and winning awards in the film festival circuit.
