Olivia Mace - Biography

Olivia was born in Kettering, Northamptonshire to James and Sara Mace in 1984. The family moved to Scotland when she was just five and that was where she was put into Panto as a cheaper alternative to childcare and decided to grow up into an actress. The family moved again to Somerset where Olivia studied at Richard Hush College and spent a lot of time at The Brewhouse Theatre doing amateur dramatics. She fell into her first professional theatre job playing Tess of the D'Urbervilles for tuppence and a half pint of cider a week. Olivia moved to London to train at Italia Conti Academy on the BA Acting when it was the UK's only Sanford Meisner course. Since graduating she has worked in theatre and television. Recent theatre credits include A Small Family Business directed by Terry Hands, The Blue Room for Theatre by the Lake and Agatha Christie's Black Coffee opposite Robert Powell. Television credits include The Bill and Doctors. Films include The Prowler with Dominic Rowan. Olivia is represented by Roger Carey Associates.
