Özge Özpirinçci - Biography

Born in Istanbul on April 1st 1986, Özge Özpirinçci is a graduate from Sabanci University in Business Management. In 2008 while getting ready for her graduation she started going to auditions for commercials and had her debut with a brownie commercial which made her recognizable throughout the country. She then started acting in TV series and had the greatest chance to work with the professionals in Turkey. After her TV series that lasted for 73 episodes "Melekler Korusun", which improved her skills in many ways she started to take roles in films. Her both movies, Veda and Anadolu Kartallari had good reviews regarding her performance. After her latest TV series "Agir Roman Yeni Dunya" she decided to attend an acting class overseas and went to the Lee Strasberg Institute of acting for a 4 week intensive course for method acting. She also took roles in "Cesaretin Var mi Aska" and "Kavak Yelleri", "Deli Sarayli", "Al Yazmalim", "Tatar Ramazan" and "Aramizda Kalsin". Apart from these TV series, Özge starred in feature film "The Loss" - a short film that won multiple awards in the international festival circuit. She was also the host of a television program called "Toplu Hayat".
