Patrick J. Butler is married to Jessica Marie Juliano Butler, make-up artist. His brother is Edward Butler (III), executive producer, producer, writer, and cinematography , whose previous work includes writer and story producer for MLB, story producer for Man vs Food Nation starring Adam Richman, and writer and story producer for The Daily Show. Patrick is a former three-sport high school and college athlete. His senior year, he played for the number 2 high school basketball team in the country. Ironically, one of his first gigs was as a basketball player on an MTV special for the movie Undercover. Patrick is also an avid soccer fan and player and has coached the sport on varsity competitive levels. He also previously competed as an archer, lightweight fighter, and parkour athlete. He holds advanced degree in English Literature, Creative Writing, Film, and Education. His passion to educate himself is paralleled by his love for family, motorcycles, boxing, all genres of film, psychology, philosophy, down-home music, dogs, cats, any and all animals. He is a vegan and is dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle and promoting the same to today's youth. He is a certified personal trainer, and he teaches Film, Honors and AP English Literature, Public Soraking and Creative Writing on the secondary and college level.
