Peta Rutter was born on December 31, 1959 in New Zealand as Peta Gurney Elizabeth Rutter. She was an actress, known for Power Rangers Mystic Force (2006), This Is Not a Love Story (2002) and The Footstep Man (1992). She was married to Carl Bland. She died on July 20, 2010 in New Zealand.
