Peter Brooke - Biography

Born in Toronto of American and British parents, Peter lives and works internationally. In the USA drama series, The Fugitive Chronicles, he took on the title role in the Danny Ray Horning episode, portraying the wily but misunderstood convict who eluded his pursuers. His television credits also include Dr Who, Sherlock, Small Island, Blood in the Water, The Enemy Within, Billy the Kid, Over Here, The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret and Spooks (or MI5 as it is known in the USA). Peter first took over the role of Captain Jack Ross in the West End's A Few Good Men, written by Aaron Sorkin and also starring Rob Lowe. He then played Phil in the West End premiere of Arthur Miller's Resurrection Blues, directed by the late, great Robert Altman, and produced by Kevin Spacey. He appeared again in the West End as John Williamson in David Mamet's Glengarry Glen Ross with Jonathan Pryce and Aiden Gillen. Appearing in such films as Casino Royale and The Dark Knight, he also plays hippie activist Jerry Rubin in the upcoming Warner Brothers movie Hippie Hippie Shake opposite Cillian Murphy and Sienna Miller. In addition, he is the crazed DJ Phoenix Fox in the upcoming video game Forza Horizon.

Recently, Peter has been shooting Red Lights with Robert De Niro, the Swiss film Trained, the 20th Century Fox horror Wrong Turn 5, and, of course, The Dinosaur Project with StudioCanal.
