Rebecca Zamolo - Biography

Rebecca Zamolo has never been afraid of hard work. From the time she was 9 years old she spent hours training in the gym as a competitive gymnast, earning Regional and National titles. After moving to Los Angeles, Rebecca quickly took her career into her own hands with that same work ethic, creating and producing her own content and making a name for herself as someone who creates her own opportunities.

Rebecca grew up in Martinez, California by parents Paul and Cathy Zamolo. She is the oldest of five siblings: Jennifer, Monica, Michael, and Lissa.

After graduating high school, Rebecca took her love for the camera and performing and spent two years as a Professional Cheerleader for the San Jose Sabercats. It was with this organization Rebecca was able to start working in commercials and be on TV.

Rebecca continued her love for television in college while attending the University of California, Santa Barbara, when she became a sports broadcaster for the local college station Gaucho News. She graduated with a degree in Communications and Sport Management.

Upon moving to Los Angeles, Rebecca immersed herself into improv comedy at The Second City and eventually performing with an Improv Troupe. She became known for her improvising as a recurring actor on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson in 2010. Since then she has had numerous viral videos that have been featured in The Huffington Post and other blogs. She has worked with Funny Or Die, Yahoo, and Blip.TV, and has worked with actors such as Matthew Morrison (Glee), Dean Norris (Breaking Bad), Rampage Jackson ( The A Team), Jermaine Clement (Flight of the Concords) and Brain McKnight.

She is managed by Eric Black at Crestview Entertainment.
