Ms. Kadem marks history as The First Iraqi American Actor to ever star in Indian cinema, in the feature film, "Nawal the Jewel".
She was recently hand picked by director, Dito Montiel (A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints, Boulevard) for a pivotal supporting role opposite Shia LaBeouf (Transporters, Eagle Eye) in the post-apocalyptic thriller, "Man Down".
Her parents were born and raised in Baghdad, Iraq. She was born first generation American, on April 23, sharing the same birthday as William Shakespeare.
She began her training ground in theater at the age of 14, and has studied with greats like BAFTA & Emmy Nominated Actor, Alfred Molina (Chocolat, Raiders of The Lost Ark), Julliard Alumnus & SAG Nominated Actor, Jack Stehlin (Weeds, General Hospital), Oscar Winner Bobby Moresco (Crash, Million Dollar Baby) and long time method acting teacher & successor to Stella Adler, Carey Scott (God's Not Dead 2, Big Love), former classmate to actors such as Sean Penn, Meg Ryan, Mark Ruffalo and Salma Hayek.
