Renée Willett - Biography

Renée Danielle Willett was born in New York City, New York on December 11, 1992 to real estate attorney Leesa Shapiro and real estate investor, Randy Willett. Both of Ashkenazi Jewish heritage, her mother is mainly of Polish decent and her father is mainly of Russian decent. Renée also has some Austrian and British ancestry. Renée has 2 younger siblings; Roni and Myles

Her mother, now Leesa Wagner, was a former All American Tennis Player at Columbia University. Leesa is the CEO and founder of THE EIGHTH, a luxury men's collection, and serves as Renée's manager. Renée's step father, Leon Wagner was the founder and former chairman of Golden Tree Asset Management, and currently the chairman of LWPartners Asset Management and part owner of the MLB Milwaukee Brewers.

In May of 2014 Renée graduated from the University of Southern California with a Degree in Economics, and minors in Spanish and Theatre and joined the sorority Alpha Phi.

Renée is an avid philanthropist involved with many different organizations including Harlem Junior Tennis and Education Program, Robin Hood Foundation, UJA Federation, SHALVA Children's Center, and the USC SHOAH Foundation.

In her free time, Renée can be found playing tennis, as a once competitive junior tennis player, painting with acrylics, or her most passionate endeavor, studying languages. Renée's main hobbies include extreme sports like Snowboarding, sky diving, water skiing and fly boarding.
