Rich Finley was born in Princeton, WV. He spent his youth traveling with his father's singing quartet on weekends. Graduated from West Virginia University. First television role was on Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue as an evil scientist's assistant. His first lead role in a feature film was in 2004's The Dead of Night playing Keith. He would also land another lead role in 2007's Chill playing officer Arnold Roberts.
A family tragedy led to a long layoff from 2006 to 2012. In May 2012, he returned to acting. In 2014, played the lead role of Ray Douglas in the cable miniseries Dark Secrets. Also in 2014, he played the lead role of Mark in the TV movie Entitled.
In 2015's feature The Midnight Man, Rich plays Riggs, an EMT/mob hit man with an offbeat sense of humor. Also in 2015, Rich appears as Special Agent Gaines in the feature film comedy Tin Holiday.
