Rich grew up in Cleveland, Ohio to parents Selina Kelley and Richard Morrow Sr. He graduated from Florida Atlantic University where he competed on the Men's Basketball team. Rich began studying acting and pursuing his modeling careers with notorious acting coach Janet Alhanti and her daughter Iris Klein after relocating to Los Angeles in 2014. His debut was his role as Officer Smith in the TV series 427. In October of 2015, Rich signed with Wilhelmina Models under there Los Angeles and New York Divisions taking his modeling career to the next level. In addition, Rich partnered with Debralynn Findon and Discover Management in February 2016 taking his TV and Film careers to new heights.
