Rob Dixon - Biography

Rob is a London Irish actor who began his career at The Royal Court Youth Theatre before training at The Central School of Speech and Drama where he graduated with a diploma in Performance Arts. In 1985 he received The Manchester Evening News' "Best Actor of the Year Award" for his performance as Max in Bent written by Martin Sherman. He has gone on to work extensively in Theatre, Television and Radio and Film. One of his screen roles was as the much acclaimed Sergeant Griffen in the Multi Bafta Award winning BBC series The Cops.

He has made appearances in films such as the Academy Award-winning The Wolfman and The Brother, written by the very talented Ryan Bonder. He's also part of Mitch Davis' ensemble dramedy Christmas Eve.
