Born and raised in the heart of Sydney, Rosie attended Newtown High School of the Performing Arts as an auditioned dance student. It is here that she first fell in love with acting. After graduating, Rosie undertook a BCommunications (Social Inquiry) at the University of Technology, Sydney before working in international human rights and indigenous affairs. Missing performing, Rosie then went back to train as a professional dancer, after which she landed the job as dance captain of the cabaret lounge in the Venetian Casino, Macau. Rosie then went to the Actor's Centre Australia to train to be an actor.
In 2013, Rosie decide to learn how to produce feature films by being mentored through producing Skin Deep. In mid-2013 Rosie auditioned for the role of Darcy in Starting From Now. After filming the first two seasons, Rosie offered to help produce the series ongoing.
In 2015, Rosie was selected as one of the Screen NSW Emerging Producers of the year, as well as one of the Screen Producers Association One's to Watch.
