Russell Porter is a Film and Television Actor born in Vancouver, British Columbia. Lead performances in feature films, movies of the week and television series; Excess Baggage, Head Over Heels, Paper Angels, Arrow, Almost Human, Fallen, The X-Files. Hosted the daily variety/talk show Urban Rush 2002-04 (360 episodes). Russell Porter is the Owner and Program Director of The First Step Actors' Workshop (1999) in North Vancouver, British Columbia.
