Sam was born in Truckee, California. He spent his primary years growing up on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, learning to ski and wake-board depending on the season. Sam's break through in acting came at IMTA New York in 2006 when he won Pre-Teen Actor of the Year. Realizing acting was Sam's big dream, his mom made the move to Los Angeles. He honed his comedy skills on stage at Second City with the Teen Troupe "Detention Hall" and performing Stand Up at the HaHa Cafe in North Hollywood. You can see in him in the Films - Project X, Mr. Invincible, Broken Angels and too perfect; as well as on Television in ABC's hit show Last Man Standing. He was also the host of the Teen Radio Show Beyond the Spotlight for 75+ episodes which aired live every Saturday and was heard around the world on Universal Broadcasting Network.
Sam is the middle child with two brothers - Cody and Tyler. In his free time Sam enjoys skiing, wake-boarding, Geocaching, Parkour and hanging with his friends.
