Sam Wilkinson - Biography

Samuel Cork Wilkinson was born in London, England, in 1990 with dual British and Australian nationality. His mother Meredith Cork, a producer/artist manager has looked after the likes of Jimmy Miller, Butch Vig, Garbage, Marcella Detroit and Merz. His father Keith Wilkinson, previously the bass player for the band Squeeze, now produces and co-writes for a multitude of artists. This love of music was passed on to Sam who is also a singer songwriter.

After majoring in contemporary sculpture at the Art University Bournemouth, Sam began pursuing his career as an actor, quickly gaining recognition and being cast as the leading role in up and coming feature Close But No Cigar.
