Samantha Schacher - Biography

Samantha Schacher (aka Sam) is a host, producer, and pop culture expert. She was born in Detroit, Michigan but grew up in California's surf city, Santa Cruz. She later attended UCLA on a swimming scholarship, when at the time she was world ranked. She graduated with a B.A in Sociology and minored in Theatre.

Sam can be seen dishing pop culture daily on 'Pop Trigger', on The Young Turks Network (The Largest Online News-show in The World). You can also catch Sam as 'Dr. Drew On Call's' Social Media/Pop Culture expert each night on HLN. Sam has hosted, or provided commentary, on popular shows on CNN, Versus Network, MTV, GSN, Spike, LoveLine, HBO Lab, to name a few.

She currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
