Shelby Wulfert is an American born actor, singer and voice over artist. Born in the San Francisco Bay Area, Shelby pursued her passion for the arts at an early age - studying dancing, singing and acting. Before moving to Hollywood,this fresh-faced teenager was starring in musicals and stage productions at her high school and local theatres. She broadened her experience off-stage,doing voiceover work and acting in commercials. She also brushed up on her screen presence, handling celebrity interviews for movie press junkets for the light entertainment program "Mark at the Movies" (Reelz 2009-) Shelby landed her career break through special effects magic when she joined the Disney family as one third of the team of actresses that bring the twin characters to life in the hit teen series, "Liv and Maddie" (Disney 2013-). Along with star Dove Cameron, Wulfert doubles the role of Maddie, a tomboyish identical twin who clashes with her famous twin sister Liv, in this Disney Originals sitcom. Unlike similar past series such as "The Patty Duke Show" (ABC 1963-66) in which an actor played two roles, "Liv and Maddie" did not keep secret the identities of the actresses who helped maintain the illusion of twins.
