Simon Phillips - Biography

Simon Phillips is a British actor and producer working in independent British films. He is best known for the Jack trilogy (Jack Says, Jack Said and Jack Falls) and The Rise and Fall of a White Collar Hooligan features films. He has appeared in feature films with Danny Dyer, Jason Flemyng, David O'Hara, Mark Hamill, Robert Englund, Rutger Hauer, Richard E. Grant, Art Malik and Jean-Claude Van Damme.
