Born in Commack, NY, Steve Sanpietro attended the University of Dayton where he received a degree in Radio & Television Journalism, and was a catcher for Dayton's Division I Baseball team his freshman year. He made his professional acting debut in 1998 in an original Off-Broadway show, was on the Broadway Series Touring Company of Tony 'n Tina's Wedding, and has worked on a number of critically well received, successful plays both in Los Angeles, where he lived for 4 years, and NYC. He made his network TV debut in Episode 13 of "The Blacklist" on NBC on January 27th, and in February 2014, he starred in a scene opposite Sebastian Arcelus in Season 2, Chapter 15 of the Netflix hit series "House of Cards". In July 2015, Steve's wife Teresa became the General Manager of the Bucks County Playhouse in New Hope, PA and he, his wife and two young sons moved to Newtown, PA.
