An unlikely hit, originally created for the domestic "urban horror" genre, made for less than $30,000, went on into the international market and made a staggering profit which opened doors for this once small time genre. Taking her experience from the small screen, and her engagement in all levels of production, she is now actively writing, and directing, pursuing her career as a female genre filmmaker for the big screen.
