Tarra was born in Burbank, California and was raised in the heart of Hollywood. In the beginning, it was just Tarra and her father Judd. The two of them lived just a short distance from the famous 'Chinese Mann Theater'. Tarra was able to capture a crowds attention from the time she was a toddler. Never pushed in a stroller, Judd had made some adjustments to her small pink bike. Their morning routine was heading out on Hollywood Boulevard for a stroll, which turned into a daily performance of course, they had quite a reputation and it wasn't long before Tarra was introduced to Janis Hansen, business manager of 7 years. Tarra signed on with the Buchwald Talent Agency. Acting since age 4, Tarra Steele has been working hard to make her mark. Tarra has appeared in student graduate films, independent films, pilots and musicals. It was director, Harry Bromley-Davenport, who cast Tarra as 'Katie' in the 2001 feature film "Mockingbird Don't Sing".
