Thomas Hardy - Biography

Thomas Hardy was born on June 2, 1840 in Upper Bockhampton, Dorset, England. He was a writer, known for Tess (1979), Loin de la foule déchaînée (2015) and Jude (1996). He was married to Florence Emily Dugdale and Emma Lavinia Gifford. He died on January 11, 1928 in Dorchester, Dorset.
