Tristan Sturrock - Biography

Tristan Sturrock was raised in Cornwall. He has been a leading performer with Kneehigh for over 25 years and has performed all over the world. He is best known for 'Brief Encounter' (Broadway, West End), 'Tristan and Yseult' and 'A Matter of Life and Death' (National Theatre) On Television his work most notably includes Jamaica Inn (2014), Best Of Men, The Queen (2009) and Doc Martin (2004). Film Saving Grace (2000). He is married to actress/director Katy Carmichael with whom he has three children. He lives in Bristol where he is associate artist of Bristol Old Vic.
