Vico Escorcia - Biography

Vico is a young Franco-Mexican actress. Since she was little, she enjoyed practicing sports such as Gymnastics, Tennis, Horseback Riding, and Wake Boarding. She plays Guitar and Ukulele as a hobby. Being born on a multicultural family, Vico speaks three languages; Spanish, English, and French. Her rigorous schedule made her switch to Homeschooling during her Junior Year of high school, and she will be graduating this summer through the "Bridgeway Homeschool Academy" in the state of Pennsylvania, US. Vico loves acting, especially for film. She knows that talent must be constantly reinforced by practice and learning, which is why she has taken diverse acting and singing workshops and classes with teachers such as Roberto Escobedo, Mario Zaragoza, Lorena Sarti and Viridiana Olvera. She is currently planning to continue her professional studies in the United States and France. She has taken part in various TV Shows such as: "Al Caer la Noche"; "Pacientes"; "Paramédicos"; "La Teniente"; "Milagros" (transmitted in Los Angeles, Cal.,) and in various "Lo que Callamos las Mujeres" episodes, as well as in a few commercials. Vico also did Musical Theater, participating in plays such as: "Peter-Pan"; "Scherezade"; "Across the Universe"; "Aladdin" and "Arte, Esencia de mi Ser." She has also taken parts in short films such as: "Todos los Días son Sábado," "Hola Extraño," "El Tercer Recurso," and "Revelación," as well as movies such as "Un Lobo en Apuros," and "Eddie Reynolds y los Ángeles de Acero," which will be premiering in Mexican cinemas by 2015. Her most recent project is "Texas Rising," forming part of an all-star cast and working with the amazing director Roland Joffé.
