Prior to his involvement in film and television, Wade worked as a paramedic on an advanced life support rescue team, and a police officer in South Central Los Angeles. He has also spent several years training military and law enforcement units in defensive and counter-terrorism tactics. Some of the units he's trained include, but are not limited to; Beverly Hills PD, Santa Monica PD, Navy SEALS from teams 3 and 7, FBI Domestic Terrorism Units, the instructional staff at the LA Sheriffs Academy, OSI Anti Terrorism Teams from the United States Air Force, U.S. Air Marshals, the Italian Army's 9th Special Forces Regiment Col Moschin, and a number or Department of Defense employees from various branches.
A martial artist from a young age, Wade is proficient in a number of styles from Boxing to Muay Thai, and he is an expert in Krav Maga, the Israeli system of self defense and fighting. He is one of the highest ranking instructors in the world and has traveled to Israel to train with IDF units.
Wade is currently working as a stuntman/stunt coordinator, fight arranger, and technical consultant on television, and feature film projects.
