Belle was born in Guyana. He moved to Toronto, Canada in 1988 to live with his mother. In high school Belle was very athletic...he played on the basketball team, Tennis team where he won a doubles regional championship, volleyball Team he won two regional championship with two different schools and the badminton team he won a doubles regional championship. The acting bug grab held of Belle after he took an acting class with Kenneth Mcgregor, since then he's been constantly developing his craft and working.
