Will Kempe was born and raised on the island of Bermuda, shipped off to boarding school at age 9, educated in England at the Dragon School in Oxford (a wonderful experience) and then at Wellington College in Berkshire (a less than wonderful experience). A stint at the University of Western Ontario followed (a wonderful experience) arriving in New York in 1986 to become an actor. Moving to Los Angeles in 1993.
Will's late father is William "Bill" Kempe founding partner of the law firm Appleby, Spurling and Kempe in Bermuda a well known firm globally.
Will is married to Julia who has two children Joshua and Hannah Rose from a previous marriage. He is now forced to work out of New York and commutes to Bermuda to spend time with his family who are unable to join him due at this time as an unfortunate consequence of the provincial Bermudian Judicial System...
