William Xifaras - Biography

William Xifaras was born in raised in Massachusetts; primarily the city of New Bedford, and later Boston. He was introduced to film acting as an extra on Paul Blart: Mall Cop where he met an actor advising him to take classes on film acting. After taking numerous acting and film classes, the auditions began to come in. Bill's first principal role was in Warner Brothers' The Town as a correction's officer. But due to his incarceration in MA state prison (Intimidation of a Witness) for 5 years, they had to recast him. He was recast as an undercover FBI agent in a scene that was ultimately edited out of the theater version. Some good did come of this though: Being cast as a principal immediately allowed him into the SAG union.

His next principal roles included cast as Tough Guy #1 in 20th Century Fox's The Heat opposite Sandra Bullock. Followed by Laborer in Sony Pictures The Equalizer opposite Denzel Washington, and then Universals' Ted 2 as Boston Guy. He plays opposite Seth MacFarlane. Some of the director's he's worked with include Ben Affleck, Paul Feig, Antoine Fuqua, and Seth MacFarlane. Actor's he has worked directly with include Ben Affleck, John Hamm, Sandra Bullock, Harvey Keitel, Denzel Washington, and Seth MacFarlane. In addition to film, he works in the Voice Over business.
