Yasmin Kassim was born on May 21 in Perth, Western Australia. Yasmin has been singing, acting and dancing since the age of 6 when she was chosen to be a part of the Michael Jackson 'HIStory' tour. Yasmin went on to study at various institutions including the University of Western Australia, National Institute of Dramatic Art, Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York amongst many others. Yasmin has worked on major Australian shows such as 'Neighbours' and with heavy weights in the Australian film industry such as Rhys Muldoon, Daniel McPherson, Dustin Claire, Claire Van der Boom, Eamon Farron and Wayne Blair. In Yasmin's free time she enjoys being a singer/songwriter, playing piano and practicing yoga.
