Born in Brazil to a renowned Lebanese physician, Yasmin Mitri has undertaken extensive training at respected arts institutions and acting workshops all over the world. She has appeared in several print media campaigns, including for brands like Mary Kay and L'Oreal. She began her training in her native Brazil before traveling to Paris to study at the Sorbonne then relocated to continue her education in London where she successfully made her first Brit film Pimp, starring Robert Cavanah and Danny Dyer, marked Yasmin Mitri's screen debut as a Russian woman whose mysterious disappearance and death are central to the plot that involves the main characters trying to piece together the events culminating in her murder. Ms. Mitri also appeared in The Sweet Shop with, among others, Matthew Lewis (Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows) and Vanessa Haywood (District 9), Most recently starred in such feature films as Essex Boys Retribution, He who Dares 2 a and Qualquer Gato Vira Lata 2, alongside Malvino Salvador,Dudu Azevedo, Fabio Jr and Cleo Pires.
